jeannine...they meet in groups in India and do this laughing therapy...it is a scream to watch..as far as I know no one has died from a heart attack but he sure looks like he could
thats rediculous! so funny. i think its more relieving to watch this guy do it, than to do it myself.

Hey Robyne, I am shaking my head in disbelief, I know that laughter is good for the body and soul, but I thought it was only REAL laughter not something that is put on for the effect. It just doesn't have the same feel. Absolutely amazing!! cozmic
It is hysterical isnt it? i laugh every time I open it... especially where he says " Im happy..I'm relaxed' I am laughing even as I type this.

that's very interesting...a group is open in the near town, laugh therapy, and I wanted to know about this...it must be very relaxing...I think I'll go one of these days...and laugh is so important...laugh about oneself ...take distance...great thanks for sharing dear...I was a bit absent these last days...learning to laugh actually , when life is a bit complicated...
